Agreement

By using Milestone Select (milestone.in/select) you agree to these terms with Milestone Builders, Bangalore ("Milestone"). If you do not agree, please do not use the portal.

Membership

You must be 18 or older and give accurate details when you register. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts used for spam, scraping, fraud or abuse.

Listings

Milestone Builders inventory is shown from Milestone's sales register and is subject to availability; a home is reserved only when the sales desk confirms it in writing and the booking amount is received. Listings marked as partner desk or member listings are provided by third parties; Milestone checks documents before a member listing goes live but does not guarantee their accuracy. Showcase listings (property code "DEMO-…") illustrate the portal and are not offers for sale.

Posting a property

You may post only properties you own or are authorised to market, with photos you have the right to use. You grant Milestone a licence to display the listing on the portal and in Milestone marketing until you remove it. We may edit, hold for review or remove any listing.

No advice

Prices, areas, approvals and distances are indicative and must be verified in the sale documents and on site. Nothing on the portal is legal, tax or investment advice. Approvals for The Meridian: BMRDA-approved plan, occupancy certificate applied.

Enquiries and partners

Enquiries are forwarded to the Milestone sales desk or to the listing party. Channel partners work under separate written agreements with Milestone; commissions are payable only under those agreements.

Intellectual property

The Milestone name, logos, project names (The Meridian, SkyView) and site design belong to Milestone. Third-party photographs remain the property of their owners.

Liability

The portal is provided as is. To the extent permitted by Indian law, Milestone is not liable for indirect losses, for third-party listings, or for interruptions of the service. Disputes are subject to the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
